• I will help you find an effective workout videos that will help you transform your health and body right at home. No matter where you’re starting—whether you have 50+ pounds to lose or are looking to kick it up a notch—you’ll find the perfect 25-30-minute workout video for you.
• Teaches you how to eat and move for your healthiest body with daily lessons, tips, and tricks from your coaches Christine, Jennifer and Theresa.
