I use to love to indulge on Easter you know some wine, glazed ham or a yummy prim rib and of course those packed fill sugary cadbury creme eggs! Oh ya I would be in a food coma for hours and not to mention the sugar headache that lasted into the next day. These days I have backed off on the foods that no long fit my lifestyle.
