Sunday is one of my favorite days. Getting up early to start planning my week and looking through my cookbooks and finding new recipes to try. I didn't do this in the past and I would wing it week by week but after working with my coach, I realized why I have been on a six month long plateau. Once I made the commitment to plan out my week and stop flying by the seat of my pants, the weight started coming off, my workouts were better and over all I just felt better. This way of thinking has flowed over into my everyday life and my business. I am far from perfect but everyday I give it my all. Here are a few tips to help you get started. First look at last week and rate it. If there is a need for improvement find one area that you can work on. Have a plan look at the week ahead and see what it looks like.
