Another acid and works very similar to ACV. You can drink either one or mix both together. I mix them both together. Lemons contain Vitamin C… not a spectacularly high amount, but 30-50 mg per lemon. They also contain potassium.
Drinking lemon water first thing in the morning gives the body a chance to absorb these vitamins effectively and can provide a little immune boost.
This is one of my favorite gluten free meals. And it so easy and quick to make. Have you heard of “Miracle Noodles?” These translucent, gelatinous Japanese noodles, which are made from the konjacyam, are low in calories and carbohydrates
These are my go to pasta with out the extra carbs and gluten. Shirataki noodles come pre-packaged in liquid, portioned out in a plastic bag that gets refrigerated. worked in the gym I would see so many women hitting the spin, and cardio class
6 days a week with very little or no results. One of the things I teach my clients
